Victoria's Nails & Spa - Garden City, New York NY 11530 - Roosevelt Field

The manager here by the name of Tammy (if thats even her real name) is extremely disrespectful . She knows nothing about customer service. My mother had came in to get her nail fixed and proceeded to tell the “manager” that she had came three days ago. The manager proceeded to Yell at her saying that she must have got it done seven days ago instead of three. It was very obvious that her nails were not seven days old because they look brand new with nothing wrong with them and her nails had not been grown out. She proceeded to yell at my mother and throw a tantrum and try to take her around the whole store asking people if they remember her. Not only did she do this but she yelled and told us to come back with a receipt or don’t come back at all . Then started to wave her arms and belligerently get upset at us and cause a scene . Everyone around knew that she was wrong in the situation but nothing could be done . Instead of her just telling us that she doesn’t remember us or whatever the case may be she should have just said she doesn’t remember us and if we don’t have the receipt then you just have to pay but my mother was willing to pay because she knew the problem from before had happened but this woman was so upset that we didn’t even get anything solved .This is not the first time . This has happened with me as well with the same manager something needs to be done. I Go there 24/7 and they all know me so to see that nobody stood up for my mother and I just showed what type of establishment this is.
