The customer service is horrible, especially during such trying times as the COVID-19. I exited the store after having the associate at the front entrance speak to me in such a rude way about the stores policy’s. In the future put a people person at the front so that any race can be made to feel like a valued customer.
I’ve been a card holder for 10 years I will no longer support this company.
