Aggressive in making you sign a contract! Wont let you cancel when they said it was ok before you sign.
Do not, I mean do not sign a contract! They did not take out money from my bank for three months and then said we owed $525 in one payment when it was their obligation to take $175 each month. Do to Covid19 my daughter has to do virtial martial arts. My husband was told that if we decide to cancel there will be a fee. 5 months after my daughter no longer wants to be in martial arts and Victoria is hounding us to force my daughter to go. The instructor even told my daughter that he will need to discipline her if she quits and he does want to have to do that. That's a threat in my eyes. Now Victoria is saying we can't cancel the contract unless my child has a disability and a doctors note or lives 10 miles away. When my husband signed they made it seem like it was an easy process.. Do not trust them!I cannot believe how they treat people and how aggressive they are with signing you up! And they still owe my child nunchucks and an orange belt.
