My mother and I both had appointments. We were seating in pedi chairs. My mother began getting serviced once were we seated. I, on the other hand, was seated with my feet in the basin for 40 minutes without a technician. I asked twice why no one was servicing me. I saw 3 other women come in be seated and get serviced while I was waiting. Once I finally got a technician working on my feet, my mother had to wait on me to get finished. My whole job only took 30 minutes yet my mother's job took 50 minutes. I was not given the same attention she got and I had to wait for it. My toes peeled off before I got home. A huge waste of $32 plus tip. Very Sad experience.
