Okay, I am not confrontational and I hate drawing any bad attention to myself. But, an employee by the name (Linda Maze or Linda Mays) was very disrespectful to me and my husband. She snatched thing out of my hand, followed me and my husband around where ever we go even though we told her that we were fine and will let her know when we need assistance. And when I did asked questions she wouldn’t answer them appropriately she would just say (yeah okay). But, I asked a question? She was very rude to me. And yes, I believe I actually was racially profiled by her. (My husband and I being a mixed race couple) We left but, I felt so bothered that I felt it was proper to make a complaint. We though we were sure it would not be taken seriously. My husband went back only asking for a manger name so we can have a contact. This woman (LINDA MAZE OR LINDA MAYS) scoffed him and started to act strange and defensive to him. She then turned to me, I was outside of the store. She literally looked down at me and said “I don’t know why you are so upset” she was speaking to me as if I was a small child and not an adult woman in a teasing tone. I would also like to point out (LINDA MAZE or LINDA MAYS) was smiling and laughing at me as if it was a joke. She refused to give her a manager name claiming she was a manager. I don’t believe it. So we went to a police officer at a desk in the mall. He gave is the name (Linda Maze or Linda Mays.) My husband and I were treated like criminals. We only went in to do pricing on christmas gifts for family members. It was ridiculous that we have to resort to have police to even receive a name so we can make a proper complaint. And that (LINDA MAZE OR LINDA MAYS) behaved the way she did as a so called ‘manager’. I dont go in to businesses looking for trouble. I do want to be treated with respect. I worked retail in the past and I know they way (LINDA MAZE OR LINDA MAYS) was treating us was UNACCEPTABLE!
