They went above and beyond in fitting my glasses. Everyone we worked with was so helpful.
Takes to long
I went to Vision Works on the 3rd of January 2018 to get my readers. I have been waiting for 15 days now and still nothing. I was told that it would be about 10 days or sooner since they have no working lab at this time and it would have to be send out. This is taking way to long and also they did not give you buy one get one free like they used to. We used to get all our eye care done there but we will no longer go there after this. I paid for them the day I went in, so they made sure they got their money right away but I have to wait for ever to get my glasses. Will no longer recommend this place, go somewhere else.
