Worse customer service you can get if you have an emergency. First, they won't answer their phone. Second, Dr never has time for you if you have an unexpected emergency...he refers you to another ophthalmologist at another total location without concerns of insurance coverage or out of pocket cost. Third, if you do buy your glasses there and have any issues with them, they ignore your request til your warranty runs out and then your billed.
