I called today and was able to obtain an appointment last minute due to a cancellation for an eye exam. I was impressed with the amount of professionalism and consideration by the staff. Despite the fact that they continually working in a high risk environment during a heightened Covid-19 period, they were all very kind and helpful. Thank you.
Disappointed and broke
I was seen today at Visionworks Apache Mall. The eye doctor was great. I had come in for the $39 eye exam special. I don't have insurance. They had me fill out a form and I chose the one that said $39. At checkout I was charged the $39 eye exam and an additional $39 for a test they did. This additional charge was not explained to me. I am extremely disappointed that it was not explained that it was an additional charge nor did they offer any discount for this miscommunication. I wasn't even offered an apology. I won't be back.
