I have a $30 gift certificate for Von’s Nails. When I attempted to use the certificate, within a year from purchase, they refused to accept it because it has been renamed Tom’s Nails. Do not purchase anything from this merchant.

Worst service ever!! Give it a 0 if it were available. Rude and rushed doing pedicure. Asked for pink gel polish. Was pink when I left and turned to gold color when got home. I didn’t pick gel polish that changes color. Sides of nails were pink while the top of nails were gold. When I went back the next day they argued with me and said I put the gold on. I don’t own gel polish! They made me wait over an hour. When I finally got them to redo gel polish they were going to make me wait 20 minutes again before they would start - VERY rude and they had a customer walk out because they were so rude. Used to love going there. Service has gotten terrible - rushed, not a relaxing time and rude employees.
Not Happy
I would give this place a -0 if possible. Made reservations for 4, had 3 techs on duty. My daughter-in-law's pedi was done in 15 minutes. She was to have exfoliating scrub. NOT
