Purchased Two headphones in Vegas last week, neither one will keep a charge nor connect to bluetooth. trying to get help without any satisfaction!

Our headphones broke within 7 days and after failed attempts and leaving voicemails and emails no one responds. I would not recommend buying any products as they do not honor or call you back. Highly disappointed!

I bought a pair of earphones, and a phone case. I am pretty satisfied with what I bought and I received a terrific service. I will definitely come back.

I was in las vegas, had shows & lyft rides scheduled (on my phone). My phone was dying so i needed a charger. I approached a young lady at the kiosk inside the mall. She showed me the battery packs she had. I asked her several times over & over if the battery packs were already charged as my phone was dying & i needed my phone. She informed me it was fully charged. It lasted about 30 minutes before it died. Total lies just to make a sale.

THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS. LAS VEGAS, MIRACLE MALL, KIOSK, WATCH OUT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.

I love everything about this headphones and quality of these headphones and sound are top of the line when it comes to over ear headphones. They are light yet feel high quality they fold easily and are not bulky. I have been using them for a couple of days without needing to charge.

I’m happy with my battery case as an option when I need an extra battery.

They do not tell you, but cannot return their cheap merchandise. I bought a set of apple headphones to find out there were not apple compatible headphones. Took them back an hour later and they refused to refund but tried to sell me more overpriced junk. This stuff is VERY expensive. If you google the product you'll find them at a fraction of the price. If you buy from them, you WILL regret

Visited the kiosk in May this year. Bought several items. Got back to hotel room and attempted to charge the 1st item. Noticing the charge would not hold completely i tried to pair with my device with no success. I packed up all items and returned to the mall after only 4 hours from purchase. I left the items with the sales person and contacted my credit card company. The store lied and stated I did not return the items. Buyer Beware!!

This is one of the best accessory stores with a wide range of accessories. I bought a case, safety glass and all sorts of trinkets for my phone here and I was satisfied. The quality is also high, the case has been holding for about a year, and everything is fine.

I have used them in the past and they are magnificent. I just recommended them to friend that needed their help and they did a wonderful job. They are the best out there and I can't recommend them enough. They are professional, well organized and brilliant at their jobs.

I stopped by the Vox Electronics and was so happy with my purchase! First of all, everyone is very fun & friendly. This was probably one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. The products are awesome, I didn't even know there was such thing as a charging case before I came here. I loved the idea so much that I bought 5! I gave one to each of my kids and one to my husband. They all love it. We also bought the headphones, great sound quality and bluetooth distance

Purchase 4 “otterbox” case/chargers and one doesn’t fit the phone (that could be the sales persons mistake) and the other 3 don’t work as advertised. They don’t charge the phone 4 times or even two times and wouldn’t charge my son or my iPhone to full charge even once. It doesn’t charge via wireless charger which was my first question and it won’t allow my daughter-in-law’s phone to play her music (weird). Take the case off and it plays her music. Put it back on and it won’t allow the music. Tried several times. Way over sold and under achieved.

I just happened to be passing by VOX Electronics at the Miracle Mile Shops in Vegas and Lola stopped me and invited me in. LOLA IS AMAZING!!!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant.
