I shopped at the Southpark store this morning. I usually shop there every Thursday at about 9 A.M. Things in this store have been steadily deteriorating. This morning I looked for a cashier and found NOT ONE open beside the self-serve. Because I had veggies and fruit I needed a checkout person. When I asked personnel why there was no one available they were as non-plussed as I was. Finally someone called the office and someone was sent to serve. I want to be kind, but find that your service is becoming increasingly frustrating until I am forced to find my groceries elsewhere. My question is??? What is wrong? Why is what I experienced today something that happens quite often?
