After trying out progressive glasses for a week realized I needed to make a couple changes. Reading strength needed to be upped a bit, and wanted to exchange the glasses for a medium width. Warby Parker advertises that you can do this hassle free within 30 days. My experience did not bear this out. The lady who waited on me made numerous somewhat impatient comments that made me feel like an imposition. Maybe she was having an off day.
