Family member
As I watch the camera during playground time, the workers are usually in a group close around eachother and not scattered out where children are playing. As a result, they miss the more vulnerable kids being taken advantage of. Some kids are more aggressive than others and abusive to the kids that may not be walking or stronger than them. Workers need to keep their eyes on the kids at ALL times. They have to protect ALL of them. Especially the more vulnerable kids.
