We Fix Now - Glendale, California 91210 - Glendale Galleria

I had my screen replaced on my iPhone 12 at We Fix Now in the Glendale Galleria. 42 days later the screen is not responsive or will start typing on its own. This keeps causing the phone to attempt to unlock and the wrong password to be entered and for me to be locked out of my phone for too many failed attempts. It had been more than 30 days so they refused to help me in any sort of way except knock of 10% for a new screen replacement.

DO NOT COME HERE. They changed my phones back screen that was cracked and before I left they mentioned that my battery life wasn’t so good and that they would changed it and I refused because my battery life was just fine, now my phone isn’t working properly, my Face ID doesn’t work my phone keeps turning off and on. They’re scammer and scums. Whatever they did really messed up my phone

I fixed my broken screen at We Fix Now Glendale Galleria. It was very bad condition. Fast I went Apple store and they told me It's not fixable, get another one. I left from apple store and just try to check We Fix Now . Unbelievable they fixed my phone within 15 minutes. Great quality screen and continue working last 5 months.

I replaced the screen of my iPhone here. The new screen was wrong, some letters in the keyboard didn't work. I brought it back and they replaced with a second screen. After this, the screen worked fine, but when I came home the phone would shut down randomly. The battery remained around 9 or 12% regardless of the time that I would plug it to recharge. The next day I took back the phone and they refuse to take responsibility for the problem with the battery and the sudden shut downs. They insisted replacement of screen had nothing to do with battery issues. However at an Apple official store, they confirmed that to replace a screen a battery may be affected. Also, the phone's logic board had been broken: there were many reports of "panic" mode by the phone for any time it would shut down unexpectedly. According to the people at the App Store, it is an uncommon occurrence but it can definitely happen while tampering with the phone and opening it and changing any parts. Even if this is an accident that could have happened regardless of the technical ability of the person doing the repair (which I doubt) I feel an acceptance of responsibility and some refund would be in order and I got none. I spent 53 dollars to have my phone broken. Now I need to spend more money to get a new one. I am mad at myself for having come to them in the first place. I do not recommend this place to anybody. The attention is poor. The way they explained themselves as to why the issues with the phone were happening (even with the replacement of the first screen) was appalling. They wouldn't look me in the eye when they spoke to me, they speak under their breath while doing other things. Total disrespect to the client's very valid concerns for a device that is expensive and extremely necessary for every day.
