As a transgender woman, I attempted to shop at this location. I was treated extremely poorly; w/ ridicule and shame by staff and a manager. I do not recall specific names, but I believe the manager was called Chantal or Shavon. I was humiliated, saddened and outraged. I was told my body type, even my personality, did not fit their “brand.”
