They only care about using your money and abusing the client
Is the worse experience I have had with any bank and bankers in general. I was at the branch wanting to get help in regards several unauthorized transactions due to an assault I suffered days before. They refused to help making me feel I have no choice but to close my account. They did not want to cancel my card they didn’t want to return the fees even though those transactions were fraudulent. I had to ask the supposed manager to please cancel my card as I didn’t want the person that Is in its possession to keep using it . I felt I was talking to a crazy person age started sharing her life and telling me how depressed she was about life in general and all the medication she was taken . But show little to no interest on my request .i honestly feel terrified our money is managed by incompetent inept personnel. With
