I had Sebastian clean behind some tiny diamonds on several ring. He also sized several. My moissanite halo ring came back, was stored for months until I saw it yesterday. There's a huge divot on the bottom, and of course, he took no responsibility. Additionally, I asked him to size a ruby ring he cleaned, and he sized the wrong ring. He will not fix that either. Cordial, but not responsible or accommodating.
