Scammers
This place is still pulling the same cancellation scam as usual. They make it super easy to sign-up online (don't even need to talk to anyone) but, when you need to cancel your membership, no, no, no!, you can't do that online or over-the-phone. You have to make a special trip and go down there "In-Person" talk to a sales rep, and physically sign a form to cancel. This is an old school scam tactic to make if difficult to cancel.
