Independently owned / what a joke!
Stay away from the untrained employees that are clueless about equipment! I went in this afternoon to exchange a box and they didn't even give me a 4K box like I had, instead an older one that didn't even work. Drove you the corporate location and confirmed the info above and got a good replacement with a qualified Comcast a associate.
