To the lady with the disgusting experience. You know as well as I do that you are lying about what happened. Nobody ever yelled at your children or called them retarded. You are the one that escalated everything by overreacting to the clerk asking your son politely not to lay on the floor next to the glass shelves playing with cars that when pulled back will shoot across the floor. This is a danger to other customers and your child. You should be ashamed of your distortion of the truth.
Disgusting service!
The manager yelled at my 3 year old for playing with a toy car. It's a toy store! As I was leaving he called myself and my two small children retarded. My five year old is special needs . No acceptable! Do not shop here! Look at all the awful reviews of similar experiences.
