Dissapointing Experience
My boyfriend and I were looking at rings at this establishment, and we had a bad experience. The Sales rep was initially rude, but got polite when he found out that we might make a purchase. I was not impressed with the selection. Since I was wavering in my decision, he got annoyed, and he got rude again. He basically told us that, 'if we were not ready to buy then come back another time.' We left and found a place that had polite reps.

Had my watch battery changed. Kind gentleman, I think his name was Mohamed(?) Great service, highly recommend.
