I am so unhappy with them! On April 30th I took in all our jewelry in to be inspected and cleans per the warranty my ring is missing 2 diamonds again!! So it was sent out but he didn’t put it under warranty work, we got an email saying it was done went to pick it up well it’s not done and they had to send it back to the store and put it under warranty work and sent it back out! It’s been almost a month and still no ring!! I am so pissed off!
