I shopped at the Zales in Mall St Matthews. NEVER again! Christy, the manager is SO rude to the customers. This was the worst shopping experience ever, I will take my business to Shane or Kays. Customers should not be degraded by management.
Terrible service
The manager is an absolutely rude, horrendous person. She does not listen to the customer, she is right no matter what...even if you have the proof right in your hand, which I did. Terrible customer service.
