Worst customer service ever
The absolute worst customer service I have ever received! I ended up forgoing my ring purchase all together here after two months of mistakes made on their end (including ordering the wrong color on my second trip in, and not understanding their own sizing policies the first time). Truly disappointing. They also refused to completely refund me, saying that I had to pay for the insurance and sizing, even though upon their third mistake I returned the ring. It never even touched my finger.
