Special ordered a ring in memory of my Mom that passed on June 4th from Covid-19. It was terrible. The price I paid I should be able to see the stones. Supposed to have our names on it but I couldn't see them. I have called 2 times but its has been a week and the Clarksville, Indiana store has not called back like promised so we could work something out. Now calling corporate office been on hold for 35 minutes. I think I think I am going to lose my temper. I just want my money back.

The website says the store closes at 7pm. I got there at 6:09 pm. I went in the mall they had the gates closed, so i called Chris said they want us out here at 7pm. We start closing at 630. Well I don't think 6:09 is 6:30. All I was trying to do was pick up my ring I had made for my Moms passing from Covid-19.
