The staff is not knowledgeable about the inventory, policies and procedures of the store. I will never buy here again. I had an extremely frustrating visit without any resolution to a purchase problem. Please purchase your diamonds from professionals who really know about diamonds and care about the costumers satisfaction. I will be informing all my friends and family and shopping elsewhere.
