I had bought a ring from them worth $11k. 2 years later, I came to get it cleaned and they realized they had given me someone else’s ring worth about $4k. For 2 years I had been wearing the wrong ring but had been paying the price for the ring that I actually bought. They ignored this problem the first time I went there after buying it. The second time I went there to upgrade my ring. When I showed them the ring I wanted to upgrade to, they realized that the upgrade was the ring I had bought but wasn’t given. They didn’t care much about the problem. All that time I had been paying money for something I didn’t even buy.

Worst customer service!! If the assistant manager wasn't running around and doing half of every job and not finishing. . . What a cluster.. they don't care do a good the first time. What a horrible experience! Rude and incapable. I recommend going to a different store if want to be treated decently. The lady couldn't even show me on my receipt where it shows how my return will be refunded.
