What a joke
Are you kidding me? Over ten thousand $'s on our Zales credit card $0 money owed. We have been faithful Zales customers for many, many years, and have established a very good rapport with this company. My husband drove close to 2 hours to obtain a Christmas gift for me today from Colony Mall in Sugarland TX. Only to be turned down by the hag behind the counter! The woman behind the counter refused to sell to him because he could not remember the zip code on his account! He had proof of whom he was ID and his SS# and he was still refused the use of our credit on our account. The woman behind the counter then had the nerve to ask him "would you like to pay for this a different way?" "Absolutely NOT" We have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars from Zales previous! The hag behind the counter not only lost her commission but lost a ton of business! We will now take our business elsewhere! All thanks to that B***H behind the counter at Colony Mall! Unbelievable!!
