Balloon order
I ordered balloons for a baby shower. My husband went to pick them up before the party and they didn’t know about the order. Contacted them the next day and they will issue a refund, but I have to go back in. Such a hassle. First time ordering with them. I usually go to Walmart, but decided to give zurchers a try. Not impressed. At all. Would be nice if they offered something to apologize since I will have made 3 trips with my kids for balloons I didn’t even get, but that didn’t happen.
