The Old Farmer's Almanac General Store Brand - hours and store locations

Definitely would give 5 stars - except for saleswoman I encountered on New Year's Eve- Juanna (think that is the right spelling). Usually your salespeople go above and beyond in trying to please. I guess Juanna wanted to be celebrating somewhere and not working. As soon as I walked into the store I spotted a light up globe with a Christmas decoration on it. I asked Juanna if they had others or did she have a box for this one. I told her I only wanted it if she had a box and I would be walking around the store picking up other items. When I got back to the register the woman in front of me was buying one in a box. Juanna proceed to tell me it was a little different than the one I saw and the one that I saw did not have a box. I asked her why she didn't save the one for me that she sold and she said because it was different - very disappointing. I frequent your stores at Tropicana and Mohegan Sun very often. Never walk out without buying something. Your selection is vast and unique. I always like to make reviews commending someone or something and not criticizing but I think Juanna really needs a little more training so she can be as courteous and knowledgeable as all your other staff.

WAS IN THE ATLANTIC CITY, NJ STORE AND SPOTTED A LOVELY PICTURE OF A CUPCAKE WITH CANDLES THAT LITE. THOUGHT OF BUYING FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN BUT I NEEDED TWO AND WAS INFORMED THERE WAS NO MORE. THE STORE MANAGER, "T", SAID SHE WOULD RESEARCH TO FIND ME WHAT I WANTED -- TOOK MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND WITHIN A WEEK AND HALF I GOT THE CALL SHE HAD BOTH PICTURES. T SENT ME THE PICTURES AS I COULD NOT MAKE IT BACK THAT IS OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE "T" WAS A TRUE DELIGHT ! CURTEOUS AND COMPASSIONATE TO THE CUSTOMER NEEDS
