Fixed and Broke at the same time. by ,
I really wish I could give a good review, because the ladies who helped me were very nice, but when I took my phone in to fix a cracked screen, I had no idea that my external speaker, and other functions would be ruined in the process. When I took my phone in the day after it was “fixed,” the tech told me that this was a software issue, and they had no way of fixing it. I’m curious how the software would mysteriously stop working the night this was repaired. Now my only solution is to take it somewhere else and get it fixed for real...
