I would give this place a minus, if I could. I ordered a spinach bake, only because I was so hungry and it was the only thing that looked safe to eat. EVERYTHING on the steam table was dried out and crusty. It all had turned many shades darker on the top. Their was a young man who took my order and I found him to be courteous as well as friendly. When I tried to bite into my dinner, I couldn't , nor could I cut it. So I broke it in half and thought I would just eat the inside. Imagine my disappointment when I found it to spicy to eat. I took it back to the counter and told Moya that it was to spicy, she said, "No it's not". Shocked at her response I handed it to her and said, "I can't eat this". She is clueless about the most elementary aspects of customer service.I walked away embarrassed and not wanting to argue with the child behind the counter. My husband returned because he felt that she should have offered something else to replace the food I returned, with one bite eaten. She told him the same thing and when he wanted to know why she couldn't have offered another meal or our money back she said, you didn't ask. REALLY! I see that you are a large company and was surprised at the pour service we received. Word of mouth is an important part of any business and I am not surprised that I saw no other customers at your place while there were people in line at other business's. Nova Brock
