Mall is quite often dirty, even though there are cleaners going around, they never seem to be supervised or are very inattentive. Floor will have dirt and debris there for several days in a row...I go there every day so I see that it has not been cleaned. Also its often too warm in the summer and too cold in the winter. Worst of all are the maintenance crews who work unsupervised and in dangerous conditions exposing not only themselves to danger, but the general public, who have to walk around them. I have pointed this out to them (Mall manager) on several occasions yet they seem to be oblivious to their legal responsibilities. OSHA will be the next port of call to get this resolved.
