Empire Outlets is a poor excuse for a shopping mall, and the information on this page is incomplete and inaccurate.
Stores they claim to be there never opened, and they've been declaring the food court to be opening soon for years now, no exaggeration, and it still hasn't.
The place is well under half occupied, doesn't have any actual sit down places to eat a meal, and is on an extremely windy shore, with lots of steps to climb to get around. I didn't see any of the supposed escalators that they list as being there.
It's a total waste of space, and also of taxpayer money that was used for this private development which doesn't serve the community well.
