I worked at Sears Mayaguez Mall for three years.I was taught that the customer is always right and to be polite.I,m surprisedby some of these stories I,ve read about.

I visited post Hurricane Maria. The store had awesome food over at the kiosks. It had a really nice waterfall and an awesome tech store. I want to go back :0)

Today walking with family we stopped by a kiosk that looked like a rustic Puerto Rican home. After taking a picture, immediately the most obnoxious attendant came rushing with the most undesirable attitude with and impulsive personality and a bulling tone asking for a donation and that it was required to pay for the picture although it was a "donation". Regardless of the matter this ignorant person started with a furious tone to attack us. It is really sad to see the deterioration of the customer service across the years and this person was the prime example of the horrible attitude many people experience and scare away tourists and other local customers. The Mayaguez Mall should take a consideration to review how there tenants react to customers as directly impact other businesses .

this mall is like the rest of puerto rico, abandon and an old age retirement home for the elderly. if the mall had nothing but pharmacies in it, it would be over-run with nothing but. . .

This mall is going from bad to worse, lacks everything, outside of mall all old fashion looks like a mall from the 1960's. The interior lacks fashion and color. Stores are closing like crazy here. This mall needs new owner's and fast. i would not recommend this mall if your into high fashion.

Went to a store near Wallmart to make a copy of a key the owner acted in an apropiarte manner and decided no to attend us , it seems to me that it is not a manner to be a service to customers

This mall had a bookstore and many of the things she mentioned even a movie theater , but all either went out of business or moved hecause of lack of business. I'm surprised Sears and JCPenny are still there. Sad sad sad
Ideas for future stores by ,
This mall is essential but it lacks diversity. To many shoes stores but hardly any cosmetics stores (my personal opinion) you should bring a Sephora and at least a bookstore like Barnes and Noble. The mall is located in an area that requires much use and to be honest where many universities are located. It could be of help to many students, professors, and the local community.
