Disrespectful young people walking in road , blocking traffic, cussing, horrible by ,
Security or Cedar Hill police need to clean out the troublemakers in this area. It is not safe for people to go there. Parents need to keep up with these kids before they land in jail.

We will never shop at this mall again. I have noticed that while I have sat in my car (drinking tea and just getting fresh air) that a black security guard parks his vehicle watching me one time he ( without a mask )came up to my window and asked if everything was all right. We walk our dogs at night after the stores are closed. We respect social distancing and staying home. I noticed that he follows us. Tonight my misbehaved dog (by this I mean she barks at some individuals) who is tightly controlled on a harness and not allowed near anyone barked at an individual and he shouted that I should muzzle her. The security guard jumped at the opportunity to accost us. We continued to walk to our car he followed us speeding into the parking area where we were and recklessly spinning his car toward us. He tuned on his flashing lights and escorted us from the center. My husband and I are upstanding seniors. We have never had any problems with anyone. Although I might add that my purse was stolen at this mall and my car vandalized twice ( no security then). We shop frequently her, but never again

The absolute best in the South Dallas area for shopping. Love all the stores and easy access.
Horrible Parking by ,
We were so excited when this shopping area first opened, but have long since lost our interest in it. Stores come and go and a lot of them feel second class compared to their anchor or flagship stores or are simply a smaller version of something else right down the road. The navigation and parking for this is the worst of any mall we have ever visited and it is the main reason we stay away. It snakes in and out and around with very little room for navigation between the narrow parking spaces that squeeze into the 'drive' areas. I've seen several fender benders there simply because of the poor planning and lack of space. Other malls like this, such as the one in Arlington, Texas (just under a 20 minute drive away) is open, it's easy to see stores before you are near them and you can clearly see traffic when you are driving or simply trying to pull out of your parking space. Needless to say, while we would love to shop our neighborhood we end up driving that 20 minutes for a less frustrating shopping experience.
Horrible Dillard’s by ,
The Dillard’s at this location is horrible. Karen the store manager along with other managers in the accessory department have poor customer service. I wouldn’t think a store manager would speak to customers in a condescending and rude manner, as if they are incompetent. I honestly believe I was treated this way because I am Black. If you read other reviews by people of color, you will see I’m not the only one with a horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop by the Dillard’s if you want to enjoy your experience.
Everyone in the family has their own store and its all there!! by ,

Recent updates added to Uptown @ Cedarhill has perked up the shopping experience for people of all ages. Clean & clutter free the environment is safe and satisfying. We frequent Uptown weekly as it has become our go-to for most of our shopping needs! We are never disappointed and looking forward to new shops opening soon :)
