Horrible!! by ,
I went into the Gucci outlet in San Marcos,TX in a very happy mood looking to have a positive experience & buy lots of goodies. But when I got to the register & the sales associate by the name of Calvin discovered I had items to return & he became very uncouth! He began raising his voice & asked if he could order something for me in place of the item that I was returning, I said no. Then he said sooo you don’t see anything in the store that you like?(thirsty behavior) I said no I do not. Then he asked me if I tried the shoes that I was returning on in the store? I said yes , I walked around in them for about 5 minutes & they felt ok. But when I got home I walked around in them a lot more, they hurt my feet! Now how many of us has this happened to?? Bottom line as a customer... I have the right to change my mind! Or if something didn’t work out return it without being integrated & harassed by a thirsty, desperate sales clerk! He was very rude, aggressive & unprofessional. To make matters worse his manager was standing right there allowing this type of behavior!! I thought I was shopping at the Gucci outlet not Dollar General! I’m still at appalled that Gucci has someone of this demeanor working for their company, representing Gucci. When you buy from this store make sure it’s something that you want because you will NOT get a refund!! Zero stars...
