Extremely Dissatisfied
No Customer service and $191 BILLION IN CASH RESERVES!!!
Dec 10th Went against my own advice and ordered a new phone via a call to the store in FPMall. Paid $1,274 in full & phone was available next day for pick up. Several texts & a call to confirm I was arriving on time. Got to store, checked in with security and was summoned to a plexiglass counter. Associate informed me that they had my order--IPhone 12 Pro Max, Screen Protector and Case. I asked if someone could install the screen protector, put on the case and transfer the data. OH NO we don't do that here!!!!! Really??? He said someone would call me and walk me thru the process!! Really??? How can I talk on one phone and do a transfer?? Put on a screen saver Ha!! So I said cancel my order to which he exclaimed OH NO we don't do that here, YOU have to call Apple!!! Really??? They were quick to take my money but no transparentcy as to what they wouldn't do. It was a 2 hr drive roundtrip for me also. Apple currently has $191.8 BILLION (google it) in cash on hand!!! However they can't afford to have a rep on premises to assist customers!!! Oh it's for my own protection, ha ha ha Really??? So I called and waited 30 minutes for an operator to find out that it could take up to 2 weeks for a credit on my CC. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. APPLE IS A JOKE!!!
People with a title, Ha!
Dec 2nd I approached the entrance to the store as there was no line. I stopped at the entrance and was just standing there. All of a sudden a security guard planted himself in front of me like a military militia man and harshly with boldness exclaimed "Do you have and appointment?" No hi, no hello, no welcome to Apple just exclaimed "Do you have an appointment?' I wrongly rose to his level of incompetence and said "I need a fcuking appointment to buy a phone?" He responded even more harshly "If you want me to be nice to you then you better be nice to me". I wrongly said "I don't give a fcuk if you are nice or not so stick that in your pipe and smoke it." I then turned and walked away. Apple can keep there phone no thanks
