Rude
Mr. Gayashan Gedara was very personable and friendly but I had problems the next day with the prepaid card I bought. I called to ask and was attended by a person called Jack who blatantly called me a racist and threatened to call the police on me because the phone I had a question about is claimed to be lost or stolen. Regardless of the phone issues, a customer or anyone especially a woman should not be spoken to that way. I will never go back there.
