Stopped in expecting to purchase a new phone for my wife, her battery would not last long. Dan checked out our account and then checked to see if insurance would replace the battery. Turned out the battery in her phone could not be replaced. He then check if we could get a replacement phone. Yes, our insurance will provide us with a new phone. We just had to pay the deductible. A lot cheaper then a new phone. Excellent customer service.
