I was sold a bill of goods at this store. I was promised a better plan that would save me money. Instead, I was signed up for AT&T TV, charged $55 a month, and entered into a device contract with early termination fees to leave WITHOUT my knowledge.
Thank heavens AT&T corporate let me out of the plan and refunded some of the money, but I'm still out the activation fee for a device I never even know I was signing up for; and to top it off, the store wouldn't take the device back and I have to mail it out via UPS.
This is THE WORST AT&T store on the planet. Do NOT shop here!
