Excellent service
I love this store! Because of COVID and recently having a baby, I don't get out very much. I received a call from an employee stating that they knew I had purchased some makeup last year during a sale. They are having a sale again this year and if I cannot come in, they can take my order over the phone and ship it for free. I took them up on that offer because I love their foundation. Abbey took my order and was very helpful and personable. I received my makeup very quickly and she also included a personalized thank you note! THAT is good customer care. I will make a point to return to this store for more makeup. Even though I am currently located 10 hours away in a southern state.
