Polaris has always been a great spot for my family and I. No idea why the rating on here is so low.

Had to use the restroom. There's a huge gap under the stall doors, and I looked up to see a kid laying on the floor under the door watching me. I yelled "get out pervert!" His mother waited for me to exit, got in my face and repeatedly told me she was going to "beat the hell out of me!" I called her bluff, and after a long screaming match, she finally left. There was no security or anyone around, and I'm 66 years old. I will not be returning to the mall!
Roll It Ice Cream Stand by ,
my daughter tried the roll it ice cream stand and had an unpleasant experience...we asked how long the wait would be, was told 25 min, we said ok we will order and come back, we came back in 20 min and waited..we watched ice cream being made(we thought it might have been the 1 my daughter ordered since it was the same kind) my daughter then watched the worker eat it..my daughter then asked if her order was ready, the worker rudely told her they had said her name several times, she then proceeded to make another order(same as our order), a gracious customer asked If we had been waiting long and we said yes 40 min,. when the order was completed they called that customer's name, she graciously said to give it to us, we then explained that we had been waiting and the worker again rudely stated that they had called my daughter's name several times.. I then retold how we asked when the order would be ready 25 min. we came back in 20 and was waiting..we were never advised not to leave, this was our first time ordering , I am not sure when or if we would have gotten the ice cream if the gracious customer had not stepped in. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope this helps you be aware that your service was confusing and not at all customer service friendly.
