Excellent experience
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Diamonds Direct. From the initial phone call to picking up the ring, the kind and knowledgeable staff (Ellen) were a pleasure to work with.
A wonderful experience
My boyfriend and I had only heard of DD on the radio advertising. So when we were ready to purchase an engagement ring this was the place I wanted to go to. After reading all the positive reviews this was the place. We where helped by Heidi and can I just say she is the best . Very knowledgeable and kept us within his budget and my ring is absolutely beautiful. More than I expected. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!
