This place is my daughters favorite place to visit in the mall. The staff is always very pleasant and never anything like described here. The girl that works there is always very informative and passionate about their products. Defiantly worth a stop if you are in the Polaris Mall.

There is never anyone there! Have been back 3 times. Even when I asked about hours they gave me a vague answer. The last time I tried to buy something the clerk was rude and didn't know the price. Had to ask their boss? Not sure if I got scammed or not. STAY AWAY. Just buy online or go to a convention
