Not a good experience. No one offered to help or greeted me when I entered the store. Finally found my size on the shelf. Hardly any selection. I wear 11 1/2 size. This is one of the most common sizes for men. I was told they don't carry much in 1/2 sizes. Really?? In fact, one pair of boots sitting on the shelf had obviously been worn by someone. The leather soles were scuffed up and the heels had actual wear on the back! The uppers had creases in them from being worn and this pair of boots was for sale as for NEW! Still shaking my head and rolling my eyes...
