STAY AWAY FROM CHASE
Worst customer experience ever. Spirit Airlines and Comcast are both better. Small business owners especially. STAY AWAY! You are a dog not worthy of their time.
We run $100K monthly cash flow. My small business has a security issue on our accounts and it's been a MONTH and not yet resolved. 3 bankers, two Zooms. They don't know what they need but they know they don't have it. We scheduled a call with CEO but OOPS! another officer was needed on the call. It's a polished polite clown show.
