Horrible experience
I got my second ear piercing done at Claire’s and the person who did put the earrings so close the edge I could not change the earrings without fear of tearing it. It became badly infected. I contacted the Claire’s manager and they told me I would receive a “free” piercing if I brought in the original earrings. I did so and they looked at the receipt and then pierced my ears again. We went to check out and they told me to pay in full or leave.
