I will never enter that store again when we proceeded to walk in the store to purchased a handbag the sales associate seen us looking at the handbags on the wall and ask us how we were and she proceeded to say well those are not on sale those are the ones on sale over here so therefore she did not know what we’re looking for but she believed herself to think that we were looking for clearance bags evidently that was very humiliating and then after that we proceeded to look at wallets because my daughter would want one to match her purse she was wanting to purchase but instead we turned around to leave the store and then we glanced back before we exited and the associate was grabbing up the wallets that were displayed in front of the store to stick them back in the lock case which is located on the right hand side of the store like we were going to steal the merchandise and let me tell you something we have two big farms big farms in Kentucky I work at Toyota motor manufacturing of Kentucky and we also own a business and three houses and I will never be back in your store again is that how you treat people I treat people with respect very very unprofessional On your all’s apart.Big Big mistake think goodness Kate Spade opened her own line of merchandise and sold off Coach.Because I think she would fire these workers in this store....
