Unsatisfied
The employees were rude and not kind at all. We shopped (08/24) on our own since no one wanted to help--I had chosen a bag (99), matching wallet (79) and a bracelet (40). Only to get to the counter and see a sign that said "cards only". My husband asked the associate about it and she snaps, "yup. cards only". We then proceeded to leave, as we pay in cash since this is America and we had American currency with us. No one said a single word to us as we left. The next day we returned with our card to make the purchase; only to find the store closed and the "card only" signs had been completely removed. Poor service...and I have been to many Coach outlets. Worse one yet!!!
